I am dedicated to providing honest and thoughtful representation that matches
your expectations. My practice focuses on Corporate Advising, Real Estate
Transactions and Litigation, Commercial & Corporate Litigation, and Family Law.
In my litigation practice, I represent clients in all aspects of civil
litigation, including breach of contract, employment disputes, and personal
injury. I have extensive experience in both state and federal court, and have
achieved successful outcomes for my clients in a wide range of cases.
In my transactional practice, I work with businesses of all sizes to provide
legal advice and guidance on a variety of issues, including contract
negotiation, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions. I am committed to
helping my clients navigate complex legal issues and achieve their business
goals.
Growing up in South Florida's legal community, I was inspired to establish a
firm that provides a personalized approach to client representation that is
efficient and cost-effective. Before starting my own firm, I was a Founding
Partner at Dean-Kluger & Sibley Law from 2010 – 2013, and I previously worked as
an attorney at Kluger, Peretz, Kaplan & Berlin P.A. and Kluger, Kaplan,
Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L.
I earned my J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. in
History and Political Science from the University of Miami. I also have a P.H.D.
from the school of hard knocks which has given me valuable insight into what it
feels like when a client is in need of competent legal representation.

I am a natural-born mediator having grown up in an environment where many family disputes were solved by mock trial.
I learned at an early age that finding creative solutions to disputes is a fundamental function of the adversarial process.
This has led me to add Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator to my resume.
I resolve complex commercial disputes, such as intra-business quarrels, breach of contract, high-value employment contracts, and real estate issues.
As a commercial litigator by trade, I have participated in hundreds of mediations, gaining valuable insight into clients' motivations and end-game desires and finding useful and creative ways to reach those ends.
